As a prospective homebuyer, you are about to make a significant purchase and a major life decision. STEP 1

Decide to Buy

We'll start with a simple, no-pressure conversation to learn more about your situation, where you are in the home-buying process, and how we can support you.

STEP 2

Choose the Right Agent

There are thousands of real estate agents to choose from, so how do you find the one that's right for you? It's important to pick carefully, as your agent will be acting as your representative and looking out for your best interests. Look for a trained professional who knows your area inside and out.

STEP 3

Get Pre-Approved

The last thing you want is to fall in love with a home that's simply outside of your price range. Getting pre-approved for a loan will prevent this from happening and allow you to focus on looking at homes that not only meet your criteria, but also fit within your price range. If you don't already have a lender, we have great lenders that we've worked with and trust completely to handle the task for you.

STEP 4

Find The One

Not only will we send you listings that meet your needs and wants, but we'll also set you up on MLS alerts so that new listings are sent straight to your inbox. After browsing homes online and visiting the ones you really love in person, we'll get together and decide which home is the one for you.

STEP 5

Make an Offer

When it's time to make an offer on your new home, we want you to be 100% confident in the property, the location, and the offer terms. We'll have an open and honest conversation about what the best offer for you looks like. Sometimes offers are accepted right away, but other times negotiations can be drawn out. No matter the circumstance, you'll have a strategic partner by your side looking out for you. At the end of the day, the final decision will be yours to make.

STEP 6

Close & Celebrate!

Once your offer is accepted, the real fun begins! There will be inspections, an appraisal, and a seemingly endless number of documents to sign. But don't worry – we'll be by your side to arrange everything, answer any questions, and lend expert advice on any decisions that need to be made. When closing day comes, you'll be handed the keys to your new home – congratulations! It's an exciting time and we're here to help you every step of the way.
